Monkey Barrel Bar is Open in LoHi / Platte
Lower Highlands is truly an amazing MOD neighborhood for Denver. For the past 10 years milehimodern has been reporting on the rapid and amazing growth of this area.
Most of the growth has been to the delight of our taste buds as we watched Lola, Linger, Colt and Grey, Ale House at Amato’s, LoHi Steak Bar, Old Major and more open their doors to rave reviews. Food is not something LoHi residents want for.
But someone realized that live music might be.
Which is why the neighborhood has been celebrating the recent opening of the new Monkey Barrel Bar on Platte Street. Do you remember the bike workshop location that once housed Salvangetti. That location is the new Monkey Barrel Bar.
Monkey Barrel Bar offers some live music to enjoy for LoHi, and we applaud it. If you are thinking of checking it out here is their upcoming lineup for November and you can visit them of Facebook here.
