A love affair with France began today in Riverfront Park with the new opening of Bistro Provençal.  Chef and French native Alain Veratti’s Bistro Provençal will be offering breakfast, lunch and dinner cafe in Riverfront Park including continental breakfast of croissants, pain au chocolat and housemade preserves, soups, salads inspired from the south of France, savory gaufre de liège, desserts, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free menus.

Oui!  Oh La La, and L’amour is on the minds of residents in one of Denver’ hottest neighborhoods.

But don’t run down there to sip on French Martinis just yet.  Today’s opening appears to have been a soft opening with private tastings.  The official opening, according to signs posted on the doors, will be September 8th.

That gives us one week to get really excited.  The new location has been remodeled with the look, feel and comfort of a French Bistro.  Even better, the restauranteurs were able to add a spacious outdoor seating area to so we can visit the Plaza in Riverfront Park and enjoy the feel of a street side cafe of Paris.

We bid welcome to the newest addition to Denver and Riverfront Park.  Mark your calendars for September 8th and we hope to see you and toast a cocktail there soon.
