New Development in Union Station
Denver residents have been waiting a long time for a new high rise residential project to be developed in the Downtown. This week the announcement came out that a new 342 residence project is planned for the new Union Station Neighborhood brought to us by developers East West Partners and Amstar Advisers with a target delivery of 2018.
Amenity Rich Design
The Coloradan is planned to be an amenity rich building similar to what urbanites have come to expect from other recently built high rish buildings such as the Glass House, SPIRE and One Lincoln. Proposed amenities include 19,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, a 452-stall parking garage, rooftop pool deck and club room, fitness room and residents’ garden.
The Coloradan also offers great news for first time home buyers. The Coloradan will also include a affordable housing residences as part of the new ordinance with the Office of Economic Development. Possibly as much as 10% of the building may fall into the affordable housing category.
