The small community of Edgewater bordering Sloan’s Lake is facing a serious problem. Graffiti has been popping up in the community more and more, and it’s starting to worry the residents of the 7/10 of a mile community.

January 17th is the targeted date for the re-opening of the Century Aurora 16 theater, where 12 people lost their lives in July to a crazed gunman. Cinemark, the group that owns the theater, has been renovating both the interior and exterior of the theater since the shooting happened.

Though there are a lot of things that hibernate with the warmth of the summer, there are some elements of Denver that come alive in the Winter months.

In late August, Mayor Michael Hancock and Visit Denver put in a bid for the Super Bowl to come into Denver either in 2018, 2019, or 2020.
